Elegant, made-to-order cakes designed and crafted by a licensed chef. Each Cake and Treats order is custom-designed and made using premium ingredients. To ensure quality and availability, the following minimums apply. Full quotes are provided after consultation.
Specialty & Themed Celebration Cakes
At Pamela's Party Couture, we create stunning specialty and themed celebration cakes that are perfect for any occasion. Our cakes are designed to reflect your unique style and preferences, ensuring that your celebration is truly special. Custom cakes begin at $150, with prices varying based on size, design detail, and finish. Let us bring your vision to life!
Wedding Cakes
Custom wedding cakes are priced per serving.
- Buttercream designs begin at $6.50 per serving
- Fondant designs begin at $8.50 per serving
- Minimum wedding order: $500
- Delivery and setup quoted separately
Sheet Cakes
Sheet cakes are a great choice for larger gatherings. At Pamela's Party Couture, we offer half sheet cakes starting at $95 and full sheet cakes beginning at $165. Choose from a selection of limited flavors and finishes, and let us create a cake that will delight all your guests.
Cupcakes
Cupcakes are available by the dozen for events and celebrations.
- Classic cupcakes: $48 per dozen
- Specialty or filled cupcakes: $60 per dozen
- Custom toppers or themed designs priced separately
- Minimum order: 2 dozen
Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries
Chocolate-dipped strawberries are available as an add-on or standalone order.

With over 20 years of catering experience, my passion for food and entertaining comes from childhood memories of the smells, sights, and sizzling sounds in my family’s kitchen. Our southern influenced cuisine is merged with a modern flair to bring you an exceptional variety of hors d’oeuvres, entrees and desserts with an emphasis on visual appeal and impeccable service.

About The Chef
My culinary journey began as a means of bringing family and friends together and continuing family traditions. Growing up in a southern household, my parents were exceptional cooks who owned a café in North Carolina where they whipped up southern classics daily. Family dinners at our house were always eventful and filled with loving moments that I treasure. I quickly fell in love with the thrill of cooking when hosting parties at my home and experimenting with different ingredients, techniques and types of cuisine. It was at that time I realized my passion for the culinary arts and knew that I wanted to pursue food professionally someday.
In 2014, my life was unexpectantly interrupted when I was laid off from my 14 year position as HR Director which forced me to reassess my life goals and my purpose. After purging through lots of emotion and much prayer, I did the next best thing: I stepped out on faith and enrolled in culinary school as a full time student while pursuing a new job.
After graduating culinary school in 2015, I launched Pamela’s Party Couture, landed my new HR position and work as a professional Chef brining my creative passion for food and entertaining to your next catered event!
